Use & Care
Use Directions:
- We recommend cleaning the pot before using it for the first time.
- Make 2-3 pots of coffee to season the pot.
- Never use the pot without water.
- Use only finely ground coffee.
- Never use other contents besides coffee like teas, cacao powder, or instant coffee as they will clog the filter plate.
How to use:
- Fill the basin with water up to the safety valve.
- Place the funnel in the basin and add your espresso grounds, lightly patting them down.
- Screw on the coffee collect up on top and place on the stovetop.
- Turn on the stove to low/medium heat. The pressure gradually rises to push the water up through the coffee grounds.
- In a few minutes, you will hear a gurgling sound and freshly brewed espresso will fill the upper chamber.
  Once done remove the pot from the heat and let it stand until the lower chamber is only releasing steam.
Care Tips:
- Do not wash in the dishwasher.
- When cool separate the top section from the base, wash in warm water, and dry thoroughly.
- It’s best not to use detergent when washing the aluminum models as it can taint the aluminum and therefore the coffee.
- Do not use any kind of abrasive products.
- Let completely dry before storage.

Return Policy:

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:
- Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
- Product was damaged when received (broken item).
- Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
- Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
- If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.
Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
