Ozest revolutionises zesting with its concave design and instant self-cleaning feature, activated at the push of a button. Ideal for a variety of ingredients like parmesan, citrus fruits, ginger, chocolate, garlic, and nutmeg, making it a versatile addition to any kitchen.

• Concave grater plate increases the contact area for faster zesting and guides your food down its centre for safer, more efficient strokes.
• 441 super fine blades are photo-etched and perfectly angled to create fluffier and more aromatic zest without the bitter pith.
• Protective blade cover snaps or slides on for worry-free storage, and doubles as a zest catcher, measuring up to 2 tbsp.

Care Tips:

• Dishwasher-safe.
