Emile Henry Cheese Baker

Made in France, the Emile Henry Cheese Baker allows you to prepare your sweet or savory cheese dishes, bake them and serve them hot directly in the baker. It ensures the cheese stays hot and creamy, ready to spread on toast or crackers or pour over steamed veggies and cured meat. Or simply to serve as a dip with chunks of bread and pita chips.

• The lid keeps the cheese moist, infuses the flavors, and also retains the smells.
• Shock resistant, can be used in the oven up to 270ºC, and can go directly from freezer or refrigerator, to a hot oven, to the table.
• Handles provide an easy grip.
• Extremely hard and durable glaze does not scratch.
• Dishwasher-safe.
