Emile Henry Ridged Pizza Stone, 40cm

Made in France, the Emile Henry Ridged Pizza Stone is a special baking tray designed to help you create mouth-watering pizzas in the comfort of your home. Its special ridges allow air to flow under the pizza to create a crispy, golden crust, like the ones baked in a traditional pizza oven. Additionally, it maintains the ideal temperature to keep your pizza warm and appetizing throughout the meal.

Use Directions:

• Microwave, oven, and barbecue-safe (gas or charcoal).
• Withstands temperatures between –20ºC to +290ºC.
• Do not let it touch cold surfaces when it’s hot. Place it on a neutral surface such as a wooden board or cloth.

Care Tips:

• You can clean it with warm soapy water, or in the dishwasher.
• Use a solution of warm water and white vinegar to get rid of stubborn residue.
