Emile Henry Tagine Red, 32cm

Made in France from Flame Ceramic, Emile Henry Tagine lets you experience the authentic taste of Moroccan cuisine. You can use it directly on the heat or in the oven to create delicious tagines, stews, and one-pot recipes that require slow simmering, whether with beef, lamb, chicken, fish, or vegetables, and be confident that you'll get tender, moist, and flavorful results every time.

• The conical lid locks in aromatic steam and continuously bastes food in their juices, resulting in deep flavors.
• It has superior even-heat diffusion and heat retention properties, ensuring food stays hot longer.
• Highly resistant to thermal shock, can go directly from the freezer or refrigerator to a hot oven, and serve directly at the table.
• Its durable, scratch-resistant natural glazes provide an ultra-smooth cooking surface.
• Dishwasher-safe.

Use Directions:

• Freezer, microwave, and oven-safe.
• Withstands temperatures between –20ºC to +290ºC.
• Suitable for use in the oven, on gas, ceramic, halogen, and electric hobs.
• Do not let it touch cold surfaces when it’s hot. Place it on a neutral surface such as a wooden board or cloth.

Care Tips:

• You can clean it with warm soapy water, or in the dishwasher.
• Use a solution of warm water and white vinegar to get rid of stubborn residue.
