Enjoy Gourmet Tuttocaldo Grey Thermal Server, 3L

Made in Italy, Enjoy Tuttocaldo Thermal Server is an innovative insulated container with a ceramic ovenproof baking dish, that allows you to bake, transport, and serve your favorite dishes, while keeping them hot or cold for up to 3 hours. Perfect for picnics, caravan trips, boating, beach outings, and hosting friends, or even for families with varying meal schedules, you can cook in advance and serve your food at the optimal temperature anytime.

• BPA-free insulated server has a double-walled body and lid with inner insulation to ensure excellent thermal performance.
• Easy side-sliding locking handles ensure a tight lock.
• The baking dish is oven and microwave-safe and stores snugly inside the insulated container.
• Elegant and modern design, looks great on any table.

Use Directions:

• Never place the thermal server on the fire, in the oven or microwave. To cook use exclusively the stoneware dish.
• When you use the baking dish in the oven above 200°C wait for two minutes before storing it in the thermal server.
• To avoid thermal shocks, which would cause the breakage of the dish, never lay the hot dish on cold surfaces.
• To get the best out of the thermal performance, it is strongly advisable:
*In case food is transferred into the baking dish from other cooking utensils ( ex. pots or pans) pre-heat the baking dish in the oven or with boiling water.
*Fill the dish in evenly and up to the maximum level (to avoid air inside the server that quickly cools down food temperature).
*Once filled with food, do not open the thermal container until eating time.

Care Tips:

• Before using the thermal server for the first time, wash it with lukewarm water and vinegar. Rinse and dry it very carefully. Always wash it by hand, never use abrasive detergents and do not wash it in the dishwasher.
• Before using the baking dish, wash it with a mild dish detergent. The baking dish can also be washed in the dishwasher.
• When not in use, it is advisable to store the thermal server with the lid slightly open, to allow for air circulation.
