Use & Care
Use Directions:
- Never place the thermal server on the fire, in the oven or microwave. To cook use exclusively the stoneware dish.
- When you use the baking dish in the oven above 200°C wait for two minutes before storing it in the thermal server.
- To avoid thermal shocks, which would cause the breakage of the dish, never lay the hot dish on cold surfaces.
- To get the best out of the thermal performance, it is strongly advisable:
  *In case food is transferred into the baking dish from other cooking utensils ( ex. pots or pans) pre-heat the baking dish in the oven or with boiling water.
  *Fill the dish in evenly and up to the maximum level (to avoid air inside the server that quickly cools down food temperature).
  *Once filled with food, do not open the thermal container until eating time.
Care Tips:
- Before using the thermal server for the first time, wash it with lukewarm water and vinegar. Rinse and dry it very carefully. Always wash it by hand, never use abrasive detergents and do not wash it in the dishwasher.
- Before using the baking dish, wash it with a mild dish detergent. The baking dish can also be washed in the dishwasher.
- When not in use, it is advisable to store the thermal server with the lid slightly open, to allow for air circulation.

Return Policy:

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:
- Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
- Product was damaged when received (broken item).
- Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
- Wrong product (you received a different product from what you ordered).
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
- If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.
Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
