John Boos Barbecue Board, Maple, 46x31x4cm

Made in the USA, the Pro Chef Groove cutting board is a perennial favorite with professional chefs, home cooks, and barbeque masters. It is great for all types of food preparation, transporting from kitchen to grill and serving up delicious chicken, juicy steaks, hearty ribs, or sausages. It can also be used on both sides: one side for fruit and vegetables and the other for meat.

Use Directions:

• Do not allow moisture of any type to stand on the cutting board for a long time.
• Every 3 to 4 weeks apply an even coat of mineral oil to the work surface of your cutting board. The mineral oil should be sponged on with a rag. Allow it to dry.

Care Tips:

• Never wash your board with harsh detergents.
• Do not soak in water.
• Use a soft sponge with mild soap and water to clean the board.
• After cleaning, dry thoroughly with a clean, absorbent towel or cloth.
• Not dishwasher-safe.
• Do not use a steel brush on the cutting surface of your board.
