Microplane Master Series Zester

The Microplane Master Series Zester features an ultra-sharp stainless steel blade that zests citrus and finely grates ingredients without tearing or bruising. The elegant walnut wood handle provides a comfortable grip and a classic look. It is specifically engineered to remove the flavorful, outermost layer of citrus peels (the zest) without digging into the bitter white pith underneath. The result is a light, fluffy "angel hair" consistency. While it's most famous for citrus, it also excels at grating hard cheeses into fine wisps, or producing a delicate, airy powder from ingredients like nutmeg, ginger, and chocolate.

• Long-lasting, ultra-sharp, stainless steel long and narrow, with tiny, pointed teeth, is made in the USA.
• Handle is crafted from sustainably harvested American walnut wood, offering a comfortable and secure grip.
• Sturdy stainless steel frame with a non-slip rubber foot for enhanced stability.
• Includes a reusable protective cover for safe storage and to protect the blade.

Care Tips:

• It is recommended to hand-wash the zester. Gently clean the blades with a brush in the direction of the blades under running water and dry thoroughly before storing.
• To keep the blades of your zester in top condition, rinse it immediately after each use. Avoid letting food dry on the blades to maintain its efficiency and ease of cleaning.
