Nordic Ware Charlotte Cake Pan

Made in the USA, Nordic Ware Charlotte Cake Pan replicates the beauty of the famous French dessert that's traditionally been constructed with great care and thoroughness, with individual Ladyfingers biscuits and custard.

• Made of heavy-cast aluminum with a premium nonstick surface.
• Ensures uniform baking and browning for excellent results.
• Even heat distribution enhances the pan's sculpted designs.
• Nonstick coating ensures effortless food removal and quick clean-up.
• Oven-safe up to 200°C.

• Before each use, brush the pan with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat.
• A baking spray that contains flour can also be used.
• Do not use regular cooking spray. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.

• Before initial use and after subsequent uses, wash the pan with warm soapy water and rinse.
• Do not use metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners on nonstick surfaces.
• Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating and may dull the exterior of your pan.
