Care Tips:

• Let the oven cool fully before touching or cleaning.
• Brush off any excess flour, crumbs, or food debris from the pizza stone.
• Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent if needed. Avoid abrasive cleaners or metal brushes, which can damage the finish.
• Do not use soap or water directly on the stone, as it is porous and will absorb it.
• Instead, scrape off food residue with a pizza brush or scraper.
• If heavily soiled, you can run the oven hot (pyrolytic cleaning) to carbonize residue, then brush off the ash.
• The oven is designed with pyrolytic cleaning, meaning you can run it at a very high temperature to burn off food residue, grease, and spills.
• After the cleaning cycle, let it cool completely, then simply wipe away the fine ash with a damp cloth.
• Check and wipe down the burner ports occasionally to ensure clean flames.
• Store the oven with a cover or in a dry place when not in use to protect it from weather.
• Store it indoors when possible.
