The Scanpan Classic grill pan gives meat perfect tantalising brown stripes with no or much less grease ( to gain flavour) within a short time. This is the ideal pan for making healthier grills with less effort and smoke. It is the ultimate substitute for the backyard grill when the weather is gloomy, or you are busy. The grill pan features a Stratanium coating, which means that you do not need to use fat when frying, which is also a BPFO free solution. The pan's handle is attached using a patented locking system without screws or rivets that ensures it does not come undone. The beautiful pan is also ovenproof up to 260°C.
STRATANIUM Coating by SCANPAN
Scanpan is one of the first manufacturers to produce environmentally-friendly nonstick cookware with revolutionary PFOA-free coating called Stratanium. STRATANIUM consists of 5 layers in which hard particles and wave-like layers interlock to reinforce the nonstick layer. This makes STRATANIUM products have a 50% more durable nonstick than the previous surface.
