Staub Cast Iron Vertical Roaster, 24cm

Enjoy crispy, flavorful chicken, duck, or small turkeys cooked to perfection with the Staub Round Vertical Roasting Pan. This innovative design features a central heat-conducting cast iron spike that ensures even cooking from the inside out, resulting in succulent meat and a beautifully browned, "fresh-from-the-grill" taste. The built-in collection tray catches drippings for healthier, low-fat meals and keeps your oven spotless. Crafted for stability, even with larger poultry, this durable cast iron pan is easy to maneuver in and out of the oven thanks to its convenient side handles.

• Cast iron is durable, acid-resistant, scratch-resistant, and exceptionally heat efficient.
• Internal coating made of matt black enamel, it's durable and provides perfect braising results and roasting aromas.
• Rough texture for exceptional browning.
• Requires no seasoning.
• Suitable for all stovetops including induction, and oven-safe up to 260ºC.

Use Directions:

• When using induction stovetops and glass-ceramic surfaces, always lift the roaster rather than pushing it, to avoid damage to the cooking surface.
• Use silicone or wooden cooking utensils to avoid scratching the enameled surface.
• Suitable for all stovetops including induction, and oven-safe up to 260ºC.

Care Tips:

• Allow it to cool before rinsing it with water.
• If food residues have stuck to the bottom, do not use abrasive or corrosive detergents, scouring powder, or steel sponges to remove them. Instead, soak it in warm water and then remove the residues with a wash-up liquid and non-scouring sponge.
• Dry it thoroughly with a clean kitchen towel and only store it away when it is completely dry.
• Though the roaster can be washed in a dishwasher, it is recommended that you clean it by hand for long-lasting and durable use.
