ZWILLING Four Star Cleaver

Made in Germany, the ZWILLING cleaver helps you cut large pieces of meat easily and effortlessly. Its broad and heavy blade is ideal for chopping bones, cutting large chunks of meat, and preparing spare ribs. The heavy weight of the blade does all the work for you, requiring you to put only very little effort into chopping your produce.

Use Directions:

• Do not use the knife as a screwdriver or a can opener as that can permanently damage the cutting edge.
• For enhanced durability, sharpen the knife on an occasional basis.

Care Tips:

• Though the knife is dishwasher-safe, washing it by hand is recommended.
• Do not soak the knife in water.
• After use, place the knife under running water and clean it with a soft cloth. If necessary, use a little washing-up liquid. Dry it immediately from the back towards the cutting edge.
• Scrub the blade with a non-abrasive cleaner to get rid of stains.
