ZWILLING Gourmet Cleaver

Made in Germany, the ZWILLING Gourmet cleaver lets you chop meat, fish, and herbs in next to no time. It has an almost rectangular blade and it is ideally balanced, allowing precise focus on one point during chopping. The blade is particularly wide, stable, and strong, which is of key importance for chopping, cutting bones, or separating meat from the bone with one blow.

• Made of special formula steel that is robust, stain and corrosion-resistant.
• The blade is sharpened to a 15-degree angle on each side, ensuring an ideal cutting angle.
• SIGMAFORGE knife forged from one piece of steel.
• FRIODUR ice-hardened blade for the durability of the cutting edge.
• Riveted ergonomic handle for fatigue-free and safe working, with exposed tang.

Use Directions:

• Do not use the knives as a screwdriver or a can opener as that can permanently damage the cutting edge.
• For enhanced durability, sharpen the knives on an occasional basis.

Care Tips:

• Though knives are dishwasher-safe, washing them by hand is recommended.
• Do not soak the knives in water.
• After use, immediately place the knives under running water and clean them with a soft cloth. If necessary, use a little washing-up liquid. Dry them immediately from the back towards the cutting edge.
• Scrub the blade with a non-abrasive cleaner to get rid of stains.

• Lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship and materials.
• To avail of the warranty, kindly keep the receipt as proof of purchase.
