ZWILLING Pro Chef's Knife

Made in Germany, the ZWILLING Pro Chef's Knife is the workhorse of the kitchen. Whether chopping, slicing, or dicing, the broad blade, and comfortable, balanced size will quickly become the go-to knife for everyday tasks. The blade was redesigned with a broader curve in the front to facilitate the rocking motion of Western cutting, while the straight back is ideal for the Asian chopping motion.

• Curved bolster encourages cutting with improved precision, safety, and comfort.
• SIGMAFORGE knife is forged from a single piece of high-carbon stain-resistant stainless steel.
• Ice-hardened FRIODUR blade starts sharper, stays sharper longer, and has superior resilience.
• Precision-honed blade and laser-controlled edge ensure an ideal cutting angle for sharpness and durability.
• Full tang and handle are triple-riveted for superb stability.

Use Directions:

• Do not use the knife as a screwdriver or a can opener as that can permanently damage the cutting edge.
• For enhanced durability, sharpen the knife on an occasional basis.

Care Tips:

• Though the knife is dishwasher-safe, washing it by hand is recommended.
• Do not soak the knife in water.
• After use, immediately place the knife under running water and clean it with a soft cloth. If necessary, use a little washing-up liquid. Dry it immediately from the back towards the cutting edge.
• Scrub the blade with a non-abrasive cleaner to get rid of stains.
