ZWILLING TWIN Pollux Paring Knife, 10cm

Slim and smooth, the small paring and garnishing knife from the ZWILLING TWIN Pollux series is an indispensable aid. The 10cm blade is pointed, slim, with a precisely ground, smooth edge and shows its strength in particular when precisely cleaning and cutting onions, ginger or garlic, as well as other small vegetables and herbs.

• Do not use the knife as a screwdriver or a can opener as that can permanently damage its cutting edge.

• Though the knives are dishwasher-safe, it is recommended that you clean them by hand.
• Do not soak the knives in water.
• After use, immediately place the knife under running water and clean it with a soft cloth. If necessary, use a little washing-up liquid. Dry it immediately from the back towards the cutting edge.
• Scrub the blade with a non-abrasive cleaner to get rid of stains.
• For enhanced durability, sharpen the knife on an occasional basis.
