How It Works?

1. After preparing the dough and cutting it into the preferred pasta shape, all you need is the accessory to roll it out and let it dry on rack
2. There is room to dry eight servings of pasta at once
3. The pasta should be dried thoroughly before cooking or for storing it away
4. Turn the knob, and the 16 rods will separate to allow for you to air dry your pasta
5. Store the wand in the centre tube when it is unused
6. A multipurpose wand picks up freshly cut pasta for safe transport to the drying rack or cooking pot and stores neatly in the central column when not in use
7. Perfect for drying all types of pasta such as spaghetti, fettuccine, fusilli, lasagna, even lo mein noodles, and more. It folds down for secure storage
