Return Policy:

• For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on any edible products, except in cases in which you have received a wrong product.
• If you receive a wrong edible product, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order.
• Edible products include tea, coffee, sprinkles, dusting powders, icing, fondant & gum paste, food colors, piping gel, candy melts & colors, cake mixes, flavorings, non-stick & coloring sprays.
• If you receive a wrong product, the return will only be accepted under the following conditions:
  1- The product must be returned in the original undamaged packaging.
  2- If the product has been opened and used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return.

Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
