Use & Care
Use Directions:
- Before each use, brush the pan with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat.
- A baking spray that contains flour can also be used.
- Do not use regular cooking spray. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
Care Tips:
- Before initial use and after subsequent uses, wash the pan with warm soapy water and rinse.
- Do not use metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners on nonstick surfaces.
