Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver all products across the UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, & Saudi Arabia within city limits through our partner courier company.

All bakeware products are shipped also to  Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey, Maldives, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and India through partner couriers. All orders are dispatched from Saturday through Thursday and can be expected to be received within 3-5 days in the UAE,  and within 4 to 7 days in all other countries.

We aim to also commence deliveries accross other parts of the MENA region in the near future.

We're unable to deliver to some restricted areas like those under customs regulations including Dubai Airport Free Zone and SAIF Zone.

Are there any delivery charges?

We  offer free shipping within the UAE for orders over AED 200 and a low flat rate per order within other GCC countries which makes it extremely easy and convenient to calculate the shipping charges.  For all other countries the shipping charges are indicated at the point of checkout before you make your payment.

Shipping Within UAE

Shipping within the UAE is free for orders over AED 200 regardless of weight.

Shipping to Oman, Bahrain & Qatar

There is a flat rate per order regardless of weight across the Oman, Bahrain & Qatar. You will not be charged any additional shipping charges even if the weight of your package increases.

Shipping to Saudi Arabia

There is a flat rate of SAR 25 per order regardless of weight across Saudi Arabia. You will not be charged any additional shipping charges even if the weight of your package increases.

Can you change my delivery details after you place the order?

Give us a call on +971 4 3807611 or drop us a line at customercare@tavolashop.com and we'll see what we can do. If your order has already been dispatched, we will unfortunately not be able to change any delivery details. However a change of address could delay the delivery.

Can you pick up your items?

Due to the nature of our supply chain this is currently not possible.

How will you know if your order has been dispatched?

We'll send you an email with a consignment tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. You can then track your order and check the status by entering the tracking number in to the order tracker on our site.
