    Specifications

    Place the citrus squeezer on a stable surface and fit an appropriate-sized glass underneath the tapered end of the body.

    Hold the top of one of the three supports with one hand and with the other a piece of fruit that has been sliced in half.

    Begin squeezing by putting the fruit on the rounded tip of the body and press lightly, making slow rotating movements at the same time. The liquid produce will run down the body of the lemon squeezer and into the glass.

    After use rinse immediately under running water and dry. The use of abrasive detergents may cause damage to the surface finish.

    This product can not be put in the dishwasher.

    Note:

    Aluminium, the metal which "Juicy Salif" is made of, is sensitive to elements in the athmosphere. If the lemon squeezer is not used with frequency, it is advisable to discard the first squeeze, in order to avoid any possible tainted flavours.

    Furthermore, particularly in seaside environment, it is possible that stains may form as a result of oxidation, but these in any case do not compromise the quality of the juiced squeezed.
