Cristel Castel'Pro Ultraply Covered Casserole

Cristel Castel'Pro Ultraply stainless steel Casserole is ideal for one-pot meals, roasting whole chickens, casseroles and thick hearty stews. Thanks to its patented ULTRAPLY light technology, it features robust yet lightweight 5-ply construction, reinforced with an aluminium core that delivers exceptional thermal efficiency, even heat and no hot spots. The highly responsive cooking surface heats up and cools down rapidly, providing excellent control on the stovetop. The domed glass lid traps moisture, enhancing flavour and juiciness, while allowing you to easily monitor the cooking progress without lifting the lid.

• Castel'Pro 5-ply construction: 3 layers of aluminium (including a layer of reinforced aluminium) sandwiched between solid, polished 18/10 stainless steel.
• Allows gentle cooking techniques (fat-free/low-temperature cooking) which preserve vitamins, food texture and colour, and enhance flavours.
• The large ergonomic stay-cool stainless steel handles are fixed with a stainless steel double-riveted system.
• Unique rounded shape to facilitate whisking and stirring, wide-edge rims for efficient pouring, and inner scale for accurate measuring.
• Compatible with all stovetops including induction, oven-safe up to 290°C (without lid), and dishwasher-safe.

Use Directions:

• Oven-safe up to 290°C without the lid, and up to 200°C with the lid.
