Le Creuset Cast Iron Crêpe Pan

Made in France, Le Creuset Cast Iron Crêpe Pan is perfect for producing thin and light pancakes in just minutes. This authentic French-inspired pan simplifies crêpe-making thanks to its flat, low-edged design and satin black-enamelled cooking surface. It's equipped with a rateau or spreader that helps spread batter evenly, as well as a narrow spatula for easy flipping. Whether you are preparing a savory treat, grilled sandwiches, or a complete breakfast with crepes and pancakes, this pan has you covered.

• Crafted with robust cast iron, the pan is built to last a lifetime.
• Reaches high temperatures on medium-low heat, offers superior heat retention and even heat distribution.
• Features a smooth satin black enamel interior.
• Ergonomic handle for a comfortable grip away from heat.
• Suitable for ovens, grills, and all hob types including induction.

What's in the box:

• Cast iron crêpe pan
• Wooden batter spreader, 20cm
• Wooden spatula

Use Directions:

• Use silicone tools or wooden/heat-resistant plastic tools. Metal utensils may be used with care but they should not be used harshly or scraped over the cooking surface as this may cause damage.
• Use the product on the most appropriately sized hob ring — it’ll make your food cook more evenly, and reduce the risk of damage to the handles and sides. This is especially important on induction hobs: if you use the wrong-sized ring, there’s a risk the hob won't ‘recognize’ the product.
• Cooking on medium or low heat gets the best results.
• Never slide the product on any glass-topped hob/stove top, as this may cause damage to the product base and the glass. Instead, always lift the product on and off, or across the surface.
• Suitable for all cooktops - including induction.
• Oven-safe up to 260ºC.

Care Tips:

• Wait for your product to cool down before you start cleaning it.
• Wipe any leftovers off the base and sides of the product. If there’s food stuck on, fill the product with warm, soapy water and let it soak for 15 to 20 minutes before washing as usual.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or metal, harsh abrasive, or very stiff cleaning pads or brushes on any of the surfaces.
• Dry well after washing and store in a dry place.
• Dishwasher-safe, however, hand-washing is recommended.
