Miyabi 5000MCD B Gyutoh Knife, 20cm

The Miyabi Gyotoh chef's knife boasts an ultra-sharp, dual-sided Honbazuke honed blade with a unique Damask pattern, making each knife one-of-a-kind. Traditionally in Japan, the Gyutoh is used for meat but is also exceptionally capable of finely slicing vegetables. Its remarkable hardness is a result of a special process, ensuring long-lasting sharpness and durability. Complementing its performance, the knife features a comfortably balanced birch wood handle, adhering to Japanese traditions. This attractive chef's knife impresses with its sharpness and cutting edge retention.
