Peugeot Appolia Slate Rectangular Baking Dish, 40cm

Made in France, Peugeot's ceramic baking dish is designed to ensure slow, even cooking, resulting in perfectly tender and flavorful meals every time. With a large rectangular shape, this dish is ideal for cooking oversize joints of meat, fish, and delicious vegetable gratins. It has high thermal shock resistance and can go from freezer to oven to table, where it stays warm for at least 30 minutes.

Use Directions:

• Remove all labels and wash the ovenware before using it for the first time.
• Do not place the ovenware in cold water after removing it from the oven.
• Place frozen food in a cold dish before putting it in the oven.
• Always place the hot ovenware on a trivet.
• Can withstand temperatures from -25°C to 250°C.
• Not designed for direct contact with an open heat source (gas burner, electric hot plate, or BBQ) or an induction cooktop.

Care Tips:

• To remove stubborn baked-on food, pour hot water and dishwashing liquid into the dish and soak for a few minutes before cleaning with a sponge.
