- Clean and season the bird, fill the cavity, and pull the skin closed. Thread the sturdy trussing skewers through both sides, if desired use cooking twine or trussing bands in a crisscross pattern for added stability.

- If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.
Refund Policy:
