Scanpan CX+ Braiser, 32cm

Made in Denmark, the Scanpan CX+ Braiser is perfect for browning, simmering, and serving in one versatile piece. Its wide cooking surface and gently sloped sides make it ideal for searing meats, reducing sauces, and finishing dishes in the oven. The nonstick coating offers a unique textured finish that enhances caramelization and retains flavor.

• Stratanium+ nonstick coating with a micro-textured surface allows excellent searing, browning, and flavor development while ensuring effortless food release.
• 5-ply clad construction combines stainless steel and layered aluminum for fast, even heat distribution across the entire pan.
• The nonstick layer is bonded directly to the pan, ensuring it won’t blister, peel, or warp.
• Comes with a tempered glass lid and stainless steel side handles for easy stovetop-to-table serving.
• Compatible with all cooktops, including induction, and oven-safe up to 250°C.

Use Directions:

• Oven-safe up to 250°C for stovetop-to-oven techniques.
• Compatible with all cooktops, including induction.

Care Tips:

• Dishwasher-safe; however, hand-washing is recommended to maintain the exterior finish.
