- Avoid burning candles in drafts.
- Never leave lit candles unattended.
- Store candles in a cool, dry place.
- Handle glass containers with care.
Care Tips:
- Trim Your Wick: Keep your wicks trimmed to the length stated on the candle’s bottom label.
- Reduce Drafts: If you want to reduce ﬂickering and smoke, keep your candle away from drafts.
- Let the Wax Pool: For the best burn and the boldest fragrance, let your candle burn until the entire top layer becomes a pool of liquid wax from edge to edge before extinguishing it.
- Protect Surfaces: You should always burn your candle on a heat-resistant coaster or tray so that your surfaces are protected from the heat of the candle.
- Extinguishing Your Candle: Gentle is the name of the game when blowing out your candle. Take care not to splash the wax.
- When the wax is 1cm or less from the bottom of the jar, it’s time to replace your candle. Recycle your jar or upcycle it into something new, and treat yourself to a new fragrance.

Return Policy:

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:
- Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
- Product was damaged when received (broken item).
- Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
- Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
- If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.
Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
