ZWILLING Four Star Knives, Set of 2

Made in Germany, the ZWILLING Four Star Knife Set is designed for both fine detailed tasks and larger chopping and slicing jobs. The chef’s knife is ideal for all-around tasks like slicing chicken and chopping herbs, while the paring knife is handy for peeling vegetables and segmenting fruit.

• Made from special formula high-carbon stainless steel.
• Precision-forged from a single piece of steel, the SIGMAFORGE knives have an exceptionally sturdy, balanced, and flexible blade.
• Ice-hardened FRIODUR blades are harder and sharper, they will not stain or chip, and they retain their sharpness longer.
• Precision-honed blade and laser-controlled edge for superior sharpness.
• Ergonomic handle for fatigue-free and safe working.

Set Contains:

• 1x Paring knife, 10cm
• 1x Chef’s knife, 20cm

Use Directions:

• Do not use the knives as a screwdriver or a can opener as that can permanently damage the cutting edge.
• For enhanced durability, sharpen the knives on an occasional basis.

Care Tips:

• Though the knives are dishwasher-safe, washing them by hand is recommended.
• Do not soak the knives in water.
• After use, place the knives under running water and clean them with a soft cloth. If necessary, use a little washing-up liquid. Dry them immediately from the back towards the cutting edge.
• Scrub the blade with a non-abrasive cleaner to get rid of stains.
