ZWILLING Professional S Self Sharpening Knife Block, Set of 7

Crafted in Germany, the ZWILLING Professional S Self-Sharpening Knife Block is designed for optimal knife sharpness maintenance. It protects knives from damage and removes the need for manual sharpening. The secret lies in the slots, each equipped with two ceramic sharpening stones at the perfect angle for smooth-edged knives. When you remove or replace a knife, its edge is automatically aligned, keeping all knives sharp and ready. The elegant block in stylish grey made from FSC-certified wood is furnished with a stainless steel cover for excellent resilience.

• V-Edge - a two-stage process that finishes in a fine symmetrical edge with the knife angle around 15 degrees per side.
• SIGMAFORGE knife, precision forged from one piece of steel.
• FRIODUR ice-hardened blade for exceptional durability of the cutting edge and corrosion resistance.
• Riveted ergonomic handle for fatigue-free and safe working, with exposed tang.
• The sturdy bolster provides a seamless transition between the handle and blade and acts as a finger guard.
