الاستخدام والعناية
Use Directions:
- Insert your clean, dry cups into the two warming drawers of the unit.
- Set the programmable on/off timer so the warmer is active when you want your cups pre-warmed (for your morning coffee or when guests arrive). If no off-time is set, the unit will automatically shut off after about 12 hours.
- Ensure the warmer is placed on a stable surface, close to your coffee machine but with sufficient ventilation around it (so it doesn’t overheat or trap heat).
- Use cups of suitable size (up to the specified diameter and height) so they fit fully into the warming drawers and benefit from the heating.
- For best results, warm your cups before pouring the drink; this helps retain heat in the beverage and preserves aroma.
Care Tips:
- Unplug the unit before cleaning or if you won’t use it for an extended period.
- Wipe the external surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or aggressive chemical solutions, as they may damage surface finishes.
- Clean out any crumbs or debris from the drawers periodically; ensure no liquid spill remains inside before closing the drawers.
- Do not immerse the unit in water or any liquid; it is an electric appliance with heating elements.
- Avoid placing the unit in excessively humid or wet areas.

Return Policy:
We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.
This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:
- Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
- Product was damaged when received (broken item).
- Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
- Wrong product (you received a different product from what you ordered).
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
- If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.
Refund Policy:
For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
