ZWILLING Four Star Self Sharpening Knife Block Anthracite, Set of 7

Crafted in Germany, the ZWILLING Four Star Self Sharpening Knife Block is designed for optimal knife sharpness maintenance. It protects knives from damage and removes the need for manual sharpening. The secret lies in the slots, each equipped with two ceramic sharpening stones at the perfect angle for smooth-edged knives. When you remove or replace a knife, its edge is automatically aligned, keeping all knives sharp and ready. The elegant block in stylish grey is made from FSC-certified wood and furnished with a stainless steel cover for excellent resilience.

Use Directions:

• Do not use the knives as a screwdriver or a can opener as that can permanently damage the cutting edge.
• For enhanced durability, sharpen the knives on an occasional basis.

Care Tips:

• Though knives are dishwasher-safe, washing them by hand is recommended.
• Do not soak the knives in water.
• After use, immediately place the knives under running water and clean them with a soft cloth. If necessary, use a little washing-up liquid. Dry them immediately from the back towards the cutting edge.
• Scrub the blade with a non-abrasive cleaner to get rid of stains.
