Specification	Use The appliance should only be plugged into AC connections with a voltage corresponding to the identification plate on the appliance. Only switch on the appliance when the mixer is in the receptacle. The appliance may only be immersed in liquids as far up as the handle. Handle and store metal blades and discs carefully. The cutting edges are very sharp. Bamix is fitted with a safety switch, which prevents it from being put into operation by mistake. It switches off when pressure on the switch is released. Care Switch off the appliance or unplug it when you handle the cutter guard or the working parts. Remove the attachment and clean it under running water. The mixer must always be disconnected from the mains supply when not supervised or before assembling, dismantling or cleaning. Never carry or pull the appliance by the cable. Clean the appliance as soon as you have finished working, to prevent the drive shaft getting clogged. Oil the appliance every few months with vegetable oil. Keep out of reach of children when using and storing.
