ZWILLING All Star Self Sharpening Knife Block Anthracite, Set of 7

ZWILLING All Star Knife Block not only combines all your cutting essentials, but it also does the sharpening for you. It features ceramic sharpening stones in the slots of the smooth-bladed knives, so you automatically sharpen the bevel every time you push it in and pull it out. A special feature of these knives is their premium logo applications.

Use Directions:

• Do not use the knives as a screwdriver or a can opener as that can permanently damage the cutting edge.

Care Tips:

• Though knives are dishwasher-safe, washing them by hand is recommended.
• Do not soak the knives in water.
• After use, immediately place the knives under running water and clean them with a soft cloth. If necessary, use a little washing-up liquid. Dry them immediately from the back towards the cutting edge.
• Scrub the blade with a non-abrasive cleaner to get rid of stains.
• For enhanced durability, sharpen the knives on an occasional basis.
