Astra Series E Rectangular Covered Dish

Made in Greece, the Astra Series E Rectangular Roaster is made from high-quality, food-grade stainless steel. It’s designed for oven roasting and then keeping food warm until you're ready to serve. The secure-fitting lid locks in heat and moisture for even cooking, and its construction ensures consistent heat distribution. Plus, it’s easy to clean and maintain.

Use Directions:

• Set your oven to the temperature specified in your recipe.
• Evenly place your food in the roaster to ensure uniform roasting.
• Place the roaster in the preheated oven and roast until your food is cooked to your liking.
• Carefully take the roaster out of the oven using oven mitts.
• Immediately secure the lid onto the roaster to lock in heat and moisture, keeping the food warm until serving.

Care Tips:

• The roaster is safe for both dishwasher cleaning and handwashing.
• Clean using a mild detergent and a soft cloth, gently moving in the direction of the stainless steel grain finish.
• Rinse thoroughly to remove any soap residue, then dry immediately to prevent water spots or stains.
• Avoid using abrasive scrubbers or rough materials, as they can damage the stainless steel surface and dull its shine.
