Ballarini Salina Granitium Casserole with Lid, 24cm

The Ballarini Salina Casserole is crafted in Italy to enhance performance, longevity, and energy efficiency. Made with an aluminum body and a cool-touch stainless steel handle, this versatile non-stick casserole comes with a clear glass lid and is equipped with a Granitium coating for long-lasting use. Quickly whip up your favorite dishes on the stove and even transfer them to the oven for faster cooking.

Use Directions:

• Oven safe up to 150°C.
• Suitable for use on all cooktops, including induction.
• The coating, with an extra titanium layer, is extremely hard-wearing and scratch resistant. Safe to use with metal utensils; however, wooden spoons or heat-resistant silicone utensils are recommended.

Care Tips:

• Hand-washing is recommended.
• To remove stubborn baked-on food residue or grease stains on the interior, soak the pot in water and dish soap (all night if necessary). Then clean it with a soft sponge and soap. Do not use steel wool or abrasive cleaners on the interior, as this can damage the nonstick coating.
• If any acidic food or fat causes discoloration to the nonstick coating, soak the pot in water and baking soda for a few minutes and then scrub lightly with a soft sponge.
