Use & Care
Use Directions:
- Open the lid and fill the water tank to the desired level using clear, cold water, making sure it’s in between the MIN and MAX level marks. Then close the lid.
- Fill the coffee filter with the desired amount of ground coffee – maximum 12 Bodum measuring spoons.
- Press the standby button to start the brewing process. The rim of the button will illuminate white, and after a few seconds, water starts to flow through the shower into the filter and subsequently the glass jug.
- After approximately 10 minutes, your freshly brewed pot of coffee will be ready to savor.
- To use the automatic start function, press the standby button twice and program your machine to the time you require.
Care Tips:
- Clean the appliance before first use by filling with water to the MAX level and running without ground coffee. Discard, wait ten minutes, and you’re ready to brew.
- The shower head, filter holder, coffee filter, measuring spoon, jug lid, and glass jug can be cleaned in the top rack of the dishwasher. Clean the body of the programmable coffee maker by wiping it with a damp cloth.

Return Policy:

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:
- Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
- Product was damaged when received (broken item).
- Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
- Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
- If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.
Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
