  • Use & Care

    Care Tips:

    • Rinse silverware promptly after use to remove all food residues.
    • Always use a mild, non-abrasive, and non-acidic detergent. Dishwasher pods are not recommended.
    • Cutlery is dishwasher-safe. For best results, use a short cycle under 2 hours and keep the temperature below 55°C.
    • Eco cycles are NOT recommended, especially for cutlery with wooden handles, as they may damage the wood and varnish.
    • After the wash cycle, always dry the blades with a soft cloth to eliminate water spots or soap residue. This helps prevent oxidation.
    • To further reduce oxidation risk, add 3 oz of white vinegar to the dishwasher with each wash.
    • If oxidation spots appear, gently wipe the blades with a soft cloth soaked in white vinegar to restore their shine.
    • Wood-handled cutlery may occasionally be washed in the dishwasher using a very short cycle, but must be wiped dry immediately. For long-term care, hand-washing is highly recommended to preserve the wood and varnish.
    • When hand-washing, never use the abrasive side of a sponge, as it can scratch the surface.

  • Shipping & Returns

    Return Policy:

    We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

    This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:

    • Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
    • Product was damaged when received (broken item).
    • Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
    • Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).

    Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

    • The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
    • If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
    • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.

    Refund Policy:

    For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
