    The inner bowl is sealed so ingredients remain contained and never pass into the larger bowl beneath.

     

    Large chopping/mixing blade is ideal for heavier quantities, such as chopping vegetables, mixing doughs, blending batters, puréeing soups, or mincing meat.

     

    Small chopping/mixing blade is perfect for smaller jobs like dips, sauces, baby food, dressings, and chopping herbs or nuts.

     

    Fine grating/slicing disc creates delicate results, great for grating cheese, preparing carrots for salads, or producing thin, even slices.

     

    Medium grating/slicing disc delivers thicker cuts, ideal for vegetables, fruit, and larger shreds for cooking or baking.

  • Use & Care

    Care Tips:

    • All removable components (bowls, lids, pushers, blades, and discs) are dishwasher safe.
    • Place plastic components on the top rack to minimize heat exposure.
    • Alternatively, wash by hand using warm water and mild detergent.
    • Use a soft sponge or brush to avoid scratching surfaces.
    • Handle blades carefully by their plastic centers.
    • Wipe the motor housing using a slightly damp cloth only.
    • Never immerse the base in water or place it in a dishwasher.
    • Ensure the appliance is unplugged before wiping.
    • Clean the rubber seal on the small bowl thoroughly after each use to prevent odors or leakage.
    • Dry all parts completely before reassembling or storing.
    • Store blades and discs safely in a dry place.
    • Avoid abrasive cleaners, metal scouring pads, or harsh chemicals.

  • Shipping & Returns

    Return Policy:

    We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

     

    This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:

    • Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
    • Product was damaged when received (broken item).
    • Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
    • Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).

     

    Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

    • The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
    • If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
    • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.


    Refund Policy:

    For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
