  • Additional Details

    Stainless steel chopping blade is ideal for everyday prep such as onions, herbs, nuts, meat, breadcrumbs, sauces, dips, baby food, and smooth purées.

     

    Reversible shredding disc offers fine or medium results, perfect for cheese, carrots, cabbage, potatoes, and other vegetables for salads, slaws, or toppings.

     

    Whipping disc helps you prepare airy whipped cream, fluffy egg whites, light batters, and emulsified mixtures.

     

    Stem adapter allows discs and accessories to sit securely and operate correctly during processing.

     

    Feed tube with pusher lets you add ingredients gradually and safely while keeping slices and shreds uniform.

     

    Storage hub keeps blades and discs organized inside the bowl when the processor is not in use (storage only).

  • Use & Care

    Care Tips:

    • All parts except the housing base are dishwasher safe, but on the top rack only. Insert the cover with the feed tube facing up to ensure proper cleaning. Insert the work bowl and pusher upside down for drainage.
    • To simplify cleaning, rinse the work bowl, cover, pusher, stem adapter, blade, or disc immediately after use so food won’t dry on them. Be sure to position the pushers and work bowl upside down for drainage. If food lodges in the pusher, remove it by running water through it, or use a bottle brush. 
    • If you wash the blade and disc by hand, do it carefully. When handling, use the plastic hubs. Avoid leaving them in soapy water for an extended period. If necessary, use a brush. 
    • The housing base may be wiped clean with a soapy, nonabrasive cloth or sponge. Be sure to dry it thoroughly.
    • If the feet leave spots on the counter, spray stains with a spot remover and wipe with a damp sponge. 
    • If any trace of the spot remains, repeat the procedure and wipe the area with a damp sponge and nonabrasive cleaning powder.

  • Shipping & Returns

    Return Policy:

    We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

     

    This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:

    • Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
    • Product was damaged when received (broken item).
    • Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
    • Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).

     

    Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

    • The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
    • If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
    • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.


    Refund Policy:

    For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
