  • Use & Care

    Use Directions:

    • Ensure the work bowl is properly seated on the motor base before inserting the blade.
    • Insert the SmartPower cutting blade carefully by aligning and pushing it into place; it locks on a blade support.
    • Secure the work bowl cover—the safety interlock must engage before operating. Never operate without the bowl and cover securely in place.
    • Add ingredients to the work bowl before processing; do not operate the unit empty.
    • Start with small quantities; do not overfill the bowl.
    • Avoid processing hot liquids; steam pressure can cause ejection of contents.
    • After processing, remove the cover by turning it counter-clockwise, then unlock the work bowl from the base.
    • To remove thicker ingredients, carefully lift the blade by its plastic stem and use a spatula to remove food.

     

    Care Tips:

    • Turn off and unplug the appliance before cleaning.
    • Rinse the work bowl, cover, and blade immediately after use to prevent food from drying on the surfaces.
    • All removable parts (work bowl, lid/cover, blade, spatula) are dishwasher-safe—place them on the top rack only to minimize exposure to intense bottom-rack heat.
    • If washing the blade by hand, do so carefully and hold it by its plastic stem; never leave blades submerged in soapy water where they may be out of sight. 
    • Use warm water and mild detergent with a soft cloth or brush.
    • Avoid abrasive cleaners or hard scouring pads on plastic parts.
    • Rinse thoroughly and dry all components before reassembling or storing.
    • Wipe the motor housing/base with a damp, non-abrasive cloth or sponge.
    • Apply cleaning fluid to the cloth—not directly onto the base.
    • Dry the housing completely after wiping.
    • Never immerse the base in water or allow fluids to enter vents or electrical components.
    • Make sure all parts, especially blades, are completely dry before storing.
    • Store the appliance and accessories in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.

  • Shipping & Returns

    Return Policy:

    We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

     

    This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:

    • Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
    • Product was damaged when received (broken item).
    • Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
    • Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).

     

    Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

    • The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
    • If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
    • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.


    Refund Policy:

    For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
