    First created in 1953, this iconic, gleaming beauty inspired by Bedouin teapots is an essential product for all tea lovers. By France-based Degrenne, each pot is a real statement piece. A felt-lined aluminium dome or cover keeps the beautiful porcelain pot underneath nicely insulated, so your favourite hot drink stays warm for over an hour. 

     

    • In matte black porcelain, with a bronze cover made of brushed aluminium.
    • With a removable infuser, perfect for loose tea leaves.
    • Padded aluminium cover insulates the porcelain pot.

  • Use & Care

    Use Directions:

    • To reheat your tea, you can place your jug ​in the microwave (without the dome or the infuser). Under no circumstances should the Salam teapot be placed on a heat source (gas, ceramic hobs, etc.).

     

    Care Tips:

    • For the porcelain body (jug without the dome): wash by hand or in a dishwasher.
    • For the infuser: wash by hand or in a dishwasher (without using corrosive detergents, no chlorine, no bleach, etc.).
    • For the steel dome: use a soft damp cloth to clean the exterior (do not use chlorine, bleach, etc.).
    • For the coloured aluminium dome (Amethyst, Black, Bronze and Zinc): hand-wash with a soft sponge or a damp soft cloth to clean the exterior (do not use an aggressive sponge, chlorine, bleach, etc., and do not scratch). 
    • Do not wash in the dishwasher, it will cause irreversible deterioration.

    Return Policy:

    We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

    This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:

    • Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
    • Product was damaged when received (broken item).
    • Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
    • Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).

    Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

    • The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
    • If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
    • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.

    Refund Policy:

    For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
