Le Creuset Mini Ceramic Casserole Nuit, 10cm

The Le Creuset Mini Round Casserole (or Cocotte) is the perfect solution for serving individual portions and shareable side dishes in style. From pot pies and mac & cheese to sweet treats like lava cakes and fresh fruit crisps, this mini cocotte elevates the presentation of your dishes. The small size allows quicker baking times, and the tight-fitting lid makes it a versatile choice for one-dish baking, serving, and storing.

• Tight-fitting lid seals in moisture so foods emerge tender and juicy.
• High-fired stoneware is exceptionally strong and ensures even heating.
• Durable porcelain enamel-glaze finish is easy to clean and resists chips, scratches, and stains.
• Will not absorb odors or flavors.
• Microwavable; oven, broiler, and freezer safe.

Use Directions:

• Not for stovetop use or any other direct heat source.
• Freezer, microwave, oven, and broiler safe.
• Oven-safe up to 260°C. Use oven mitts for lifting at all times.
• When using under a broiler, allow a gap of no less than 6.5cm between the rim of the cocotte and the heat source.
• Use wood, plastic, or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the enamel surface.
• Do not place a frozen dish in a preheated oven. Place the frozen dish in a cold oven and set the temperature, allowing the dish and oven to heat together.

Care Tips:

• Allow cooling before washing.
• Dishwasher-safe; however, hand-washing is recommended.
• Avoid using steel wool, scouring pads, harsh detergents, or abrasive cleansers.
