Marcato Pastabike Pasta Cutter

The Marcato Pastabike is a versatile manual cutter designed for shaping both sweet and savory dough with precision and ease. Featuring an adjustable multi-wheel system, it allows you to cut dough to your preferred width in a single, smooth motion. Comfortable to use and easy to control, it’s ideal for home cooks who enjoy preparing fresh pasta and baked goods from scratch.

• 9 interchangeable cutting wheels that can be repositioned to adjust cutting width.
• Creates a decorative zigzag edge for a clean, finished look.
• Suitable for a wide variety of preparations, including maltagliati, ravioli sheets, biscuits, focaccia, crackers, brownies, empanadas, samosas, and pizza dough.
• Ergonomic handle for quick, smooth, and controlled cutting.
• Designed for use with both sweet and savory dough.

Care Tips:

• Let the dough dry completely. Any stuck flour or dough is much easier to remove once dry.
• Brush off residue. Use a dry pastry brush, soft kitchen brush, or even a wooden toothpick to clean between the wheels.
• Wipe if needed. If there’s light residue, wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth, then dry immediately.
• Do not put it in the dishwasher.
• Do not soak in water.
• Do not wash under running water.
• Avoid detergents or abrasive sponges.
