Microplane Elite Five Blade Box Grater with Measuring Cup

This all-in-one box grater handles all your grating and shredding tasks effortlessly. With five unique blades, you can easily grate everything from hard cheeses for pasta to vegetables for quick breads. The ultra-sharp blades deliver perfect results every time. Even better, a removable measuring cup at the base collects your ingredients as you work, making cleanup a breeze. This versatile, space-saving tool will quickly become your go-to for all your grating needs.

• Five different grating surfaces: fine, for zesting and grating hard cheeses; coarse, for harder cheeses and produce; ribbon, a bi-directional blade for softer foods; ultra coarse, the largest surface for bigger items; and a large shaver, which creates thin shavings of ingredients.
• The removable base doubles as a catch plate and a measuring cup, has clear markings for both cups and milliliters, and can hold up to 2.5 cups.
• Stainless steel blades with a very sharp and long-lasting edge are made in the USA.
• Has a non-slip handle and a rubberized base to provide stability and a comfortable grip while grating.

Care Tips:

• Rinse under running water immediately after use. For stubborn particles, use a brush in the direction of the blades.
• Dishwasher-safe, but hand-washing is recommended to maintain sharpness.
