Microplane Master Series Fine Grater

The Microplane Master Series Fine Grater features an ultra-sharp stainless steel blade that finely grates ingredients with precision and ease. The elegant walnut wood handle provides a comfortable grip and a classic look. This versatile tool creates a very delicate, fine texture, but the result is a bit more substantial than what you get using a zester. It's excellent for grating hard cheeses, making a paste from moist ingredients like garlic and ginger, and even grating chocolate. It can also be used for citrus zest.

• Long-lasting, ultra-sharp, wider stainless steel blade with slightly larger, more closely spaced cutting teeth than a zester, is made in the USA.
• Handle is crafted from sustainably harvested American walnut wood, offering a comfortable and secure grip.
• Sturdy stainless steel frame with a non-slip rubber foot for enhanced stability.
• Includes a reusable protective cover for safe storage and to protect the blade.

Care Tips:

• It is recommended to hand-wash the grater. Gently clean the blades with a brush in the direction of the blades under running water and dry thoroughly before storing.
• To keep the blades of your grate in top condition, rinse it immediately after each use. Avoid letting food dry on the blades to maintain its efficiency and ease of cleaning.
