  • Use & Care

    Use Directions:

    • Use moderate heat to obtain the most effective heating properties. Excessive heat can be damaging to the pan and stovetop.
    • Never allow cookware to boil dry or leave an empty pan on a hot burner unattended. Pan is for stovetop and oven use.
    • Always use adequate ventilation when cooking.
    • While not necessary, cooking with butter or oil will improve the performance and taste of food.
    • Safe to use on gas, electric and ceramic stovetops.
    • Oven-safe up to 204˚C.
    • Silicone, nylon and wooden utensils are recommended for use with this pan to protect the nonstick surface. Metal utensils can damage the nonstick.

     

    Care Tips:

    • Hand-wash with warm soapy water. 
    • Scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.
    • Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it will diminish the release properties of the nonstick coating with time.

    Return Policy:

    We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

    This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:

    • Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
    • Product was damaged when received (broken item).
    • Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
    • Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).

    Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

    • The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
    • If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
    • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.

    Refund Policy:

    For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
