• Cast aluminum construction distributes and retains heat evenly, reducing hot spots and supporting consistent browning.
• Double-layer ceramic nonstick interior is made without PFAS and helps food release easily while simplifying cleanup.
• 2.13 L (9 cups) capacity with a baking surface suitable for desserts, side dishes, and baked meals.
• Integrated handles provide a convenient grip when moving the pan.
• Made in the USA and backed by a 10-year warranty.
• Oven-safe up to 218°C.

Use Directions:

• Ceramic nonstick performs best with a light coating of butter or cooking oil. Food will brown and crisp and clean up becomes simpler.
• Oven-safe up to 218°C.

Care Tips:

• Hand wash with warm soapy water and a soft cloth or brush that is safe for nonstick coating.
• Abrasive pads and cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces as they will diminish the nonstick release.
• Extended soaking is not recommended or necessary; for stubborn baked-on food, soak in hot soapy water for 15 minutes, then rinse.
