Nordic Ware Simply Sourdough Bread Baking Kit, Set of 9

The Nordic Ware Simply Sourdough Bread Baking Kit brings together everything you need to start making homemade sourdough bread with confidence. Designed to support the process from maintaining your starter to baking the finished loaf, this comprehensive 9-piece kit makes artisan-style bread baking more approachable. At its heart is Nordic Ware’s lightweight two-piece baking system, offering a practical alternative to traditional heavy cast iron. The baking pan and lid are made in the USA.

• The heavy-duty aluminized steel baking pan provides strength, stability, and even heat distribution, with a high-performance nonstick interior made without PFAS for easy release.
• The pan and lid work together to trap steam during baking, promoting excellent oven spring, consistent browning, and a crisp, golden crust.
• The versatile two-piece design allows dough to proof directly in the lid before baking, while the baking pan does not require preheating for added convenience.
• The glass starter jar features a temperature strip and tracker band to help monitor and maintain your sourdough starter.
• Essential sourdough tools, including a Danish dough whisk, bread lame, bench scraper, silicone lifting sling, and proofing towel, help simplify preparation, shaping, scoring, proofing, and transferring the dough.
